I love to bake with my daughter. For one of her birthdays we were baking her cake together and I saw how much fun she was having mixing the batter and helping me in the kitchen. It occurred to me how much fun that might be for other kids so I decided to start PB&J Gourmet. Now I come to other kids' birthday parties and teach them how to cook.
