"Our aha moment with Missoula BarCamp was really experiencing the freedom of the format that encourages and promotes people to be involved with the production of the conference. BarCamp helps people to move along or create on the spot if they're not learning or contributing. It's been awesome to see how attracted to see how attracted to and freed people are by experiencing the format. The event is transformative and community building."
